FATHER BILL'S |
Father Bill’s is a homeless shelter in Quincy with roughly 120 residents. The seventh and eighth graders will make and serve dinners to the shelter’s residents on five different occasions over the course of this school year.

CRADLES TO CRAYONS

The fourth, fifth and sixth graders each will participate in an on-campus clothing and toys sort for Cradles to Crayons, an organization which provides clothing and other basic necessities to under privileged and homeless children throughout Massachusetts.

ALLERTON HOUSE |
The Allerton House is an assisted living community located 1 mile from Derby’s campus. Grades 1, 2 and 3 will take the bus to Allerton House, chaperoned by their music teacher, to sing for the residents.
Additionally, students from the Lower School will have the opportunity to participate in the following events at Allerton House:
Finally, on October 23, 2015, the D-Team will run a school-wide card making event to thank local area veterans for their service to our country.
