Virtual Campus Tour

The halls of The Mary McPerson Primary and Lower School building are filled with the joyous laughter and energy of our Pre-K through Grade 3 classrooms. The PS/LS building also hosts our Lower School Library, our art and LS Spanish rooms, and the Nurse’s Office.

Our Middle and Upper School consists of separate buildings that include our Science Center, MakerSpace, Innovation Center, and individual classrooms where students independently navigate the campus between homerooms, advisory groups, and their designated learning spaces.

A hub of activity and part of daily life for students and faculty, the Roy Campus Center includes a number of spaces for our community to gather, perform, compete, and showcase their work. The School’s Business Office, as well as the offices of our Athletics programs and our Summer Arts and Auxiliary programs can also be found here.

Derby offers a variety of facilities to support our athletic program, including four playing fields, two gymnasiums, and a fitness room. Our local community hosts our off-campus sports and team clubs, including hockey, golf, tennis, cross-country, and rowing. 

From beautiful school gardens that connect sustainability and art, to Broad Cove where students blend nature with science, the Derby campus provides meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
