As with most independent schools, the cost to run Derby is not covered by tuition dollars alone. Likewise, we are not eligible to receive town, state or federal monies. Approximately 9% of our income is derived from our endowment and the Annual Fund, making these two sources of income vital to our fiscal health and to maintaining the excellence of our programs.
